PAIMAN Alumni Trust in collaboration with Pakistan Peoples Forum and Foundation (PPF) and South Asian Strategic Stability Institute (SASSI) organized a seminar on ‘Implementation of National Action Plan: Where do we stand?’ was held at Islamabad Club on 9th March 2016.
The seminar was attended by distinguished guests who have vast experience and a deep insight regarding the issues of terrorism and instability that Pakistan faces today. These experts shed light on the topic at hand and shared their views and insights and recommendations for the most suitable way forward for effective implementation of the National Action plan. On this occasion the National Coordinator for the National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) shared the work done by NACTA to date along with the initiatives, they plan to implement in the future. On A number of participants of the seminar gave some very useful and practical recommendations for implementation of NAP and it is hoped that peace and stability will eventually prevail in Pakistan.
