On 21st January 2016, a certificate distribution ceremony was held in Khyber Agency for 36 vulnerable youth of the Agency, who had successfully completed their vocational skills courses. The Chief Guest Mr. Wali Mohammad, (MNA) appreciated PAIMAN Alumni Trust efforts for peace building and said that livelihood skills training for youth can significantly contribute to the economic development of the family and give them a sense of being worthy citizens of their community. The Guest of Honour congratulated and wished all the trainees the best of luck for their future endeavors.
PAIMAN in collaboration with the Norwegian Embassy, conducted the vocational skills training for these vulnerable youth under the project ‘Community waging Peace through Youth and Mothers Peace Groups’.
