PAIMAN Peshawar immediately after the earthquake on 27th Oct 2015, formed Emergency Response Teams in various parts of district Peshawar. These teams comprised TOLANA members and the Peshawar staff. A rapid needs assessment was conducted to gauge the immediate needs of the earthquake affected. Based on initial assessment results, the shagai, sufaid sang, panam dheri and other villages were identified as severely affected with acute needs for food and emergency health care. TOLANA and PAIMAN staff immediately responded to the needs and established a relief Camp at the warsak Road (PANAM DARAI) to assist needy communities in the area.
