A group of 23 vulnerable youth were trained under the project “Positive Engagement of Vulnerable Youth” at PAIMAN House from the 7th – 10th of November, 2015. Participants from District Charsadda, Peshawar & Khyber Agency participated in this training session.
During this 4 day training, participants were taken through a comprehensive phase wise process of deradicalization which included psychosocial counselling, introduction to life skills such as volunteerism, community peacebuilding. During this process they were also given basic training on livelihood skills. These trainings were conducted in collaboration with AusAid.
